a) Mathom Educom allows you to stream videos to your deskop computers, laptop, tablets and smartphones that have flash support.
b) In order to watch the Video Tutorials on your computer, your computer must meet certain system requirements viz. The consistent streaming of the videos depends on your Internet Speed. An internet speed of 100 KBPS and above won't face any problem regarding the online streaming.
c) A minimum downstream bandwidth required is 1 MBPS. However, we recommend a bandwidth of 2 MBPS or higher for best results.
d) The videos you watch through Mathom Educom may not contain all of the same features that are contained on our DVD, or Digital Disc version of the same video.
e) The quality of a video viewed on your computer and the time it takes to stream a video to your computer will vary based on a number of factors, including your available bandwidth and your computer's system configuration. The quality of the display may vary from computer to computer, and we make no representations or warranties regarding the quality of your display or quality and speed of your connection to Mathom Educom.
f) To watch video tutorials on Mathom Educom, you'll need an updated version of Adobe Flash Player.
g) We are constantly updating Plancess online video streaming. While we hope these updates improve your experience, sometimes these changes cause a few unexpected bugs to appear. We work hard to find and fix these bugs, but if you notice one please send a description via the "Contact Us" form to let us know. We appreciate your help in making our Online Streaming Services better.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
You understand and agree that, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if it becomes necessary for us to pursue legal action to enforce these Terms, you will be liable to pay us the following amounts as liquidated damages, which you accept as reasonable estimates damages for the specified breaches of these Terms:

Education is a service – not a product. We are working with a mission and commitment to provide the best of ourselves to develop the mathematical skill in the students for the preparation of class XI-XII & IIT-JEE for which the hardwork and dedication of students is also required. Therefore instead of providing any refund policy we have made a provision for Trial Class at the minimum rate of Rs 99/ for 3 hours so that the student can judge the class and its level before admission.Also, since we are working in digital mode on national level – we have made it possible to make our different courses available at very-very genuine rate on monthly basis.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS :
If you have received a damaged or defective DVD/Pen Drive/Study Material, you can get a replacement within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 15 Days Replacement Guarantee is applicable to only DVDs/Pen Drives/Study Materials sold on mathom.in.
DVDs/Pen Drives/Study Materials should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
- Damages due to misuse of DVDs/Pen Drives/Study Materials
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of DVDs/Pen Drives/Study Materials
- Any DVD/Pen Drive/Study Material that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box.
All physical products sold by mathom are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same on mathom.in
Notify us of the damaged or defective DVD/Pen Drive/Study Material as soon as possible. In line with our 15 Days Replacement Guarantee, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement.
Please ensure that the DVD/Pen Drive/Study Material is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.
